Kibble and canned mix??

Hello everyone!! So the first several days Z gobbled up his food in the am and pm in one setting. The past two days he has been kinda picky with it. Going back and forth...never really eating all of it. Tomorrow will be the official day he starts Natures Variety Instinct by itself without his previous Purina puppy chow from the breeder. He is 10 weeks old..I know they wont starve themselves but i would like to see him eating better. The kibble was only 3/4 twice a day and he isn't eating all of it. He is very playful and doesn't have runny stools nor has he thrown up so GI I would assume is fine. So...I was thinking maybe to mix a tad of NVI canned to his kibble everyday...maybe adding like 1/4...mixing it really good so every kibble has a bit of it on it. I know dogs take to canned more eagerly so i was thinking that the mix would be beneficial to Z. Thanks in advance! Fred & Z.

You can try that if you like to see if he will eat it, plus if at all possible a pup that young should be eating 3 times a day.

I think it's a great idea if he doesn't care for it plain or even just adding water to the kibble might entice him
