When are they filled out?

Lola is almost 8 months and I have started noticing changes in her but she still has a long way to go!

---0yr to 1yr - grow UP
---1yr to 2yr - grow OUT (fill out)
---2yr to 3yr - head fills out completely

Totally agree, but with my own personal experience, Vegas is almost 4 and this last year his chest area got even broader. I thought he was done.
