Anyone have suggestions to combat bad breath other than brushing. Tipsy is impossible with brushing. I try to give her greenies but it get expensive. I saw a couple of sprays that help keep their mouth clean, any suggestions? Thanks. And here is s recent pic!

Just love her markings! What are you feeding her? If there's something in her food that doesn't agree with her that can cause bad breath. Also bones are good for cleaning teeth.

What are you feeding Tipsy?

She could have something stuck between her teeth and decaying OR she
could have a tooth going bad...you need to investigate this, possibly with
a Vet checkup. Not to worry you but a (rare) cause could be a cancer.

HRH came to us needing her teeth cleaned badly. The vet cleaned them and did hernia repair at the same time. We got her interested in Nylabones and she chews a lot. Last checkup her vet was impressed with how clean her teeth are.

The suggestion about type of food is a good one too.

And greenies did not go over well here at all. HRH just choked on them. Never chewed enough for them to be effective for dental care.

We really like that oral water additive... Definitely noticed instant difference. Some bulldogs have teeth issues so if his breath is really bad, and he didn't just eat a pile of cat pooh, I would have him looked at. Xoxo.
