A purring bulldog?

So my pup will be ten months on the 6th. He does snore like many bulldogs, but not when he is by himself. When he sleeps by himself it is a very quiet snore, as soon as I lay next to him or put my arm around him he instantly has this loud obnoxious snore. Like a cat when you pet it. Any of your pups do this?

Wilson's been purring like a cat since he was a pup. I remember the first time we heard him purr, we were like, did he just purr like a cat?

Emma, well she's 10 months and her snore could complete with a man's.

I get grumbles if I go near Herman when he's sleeping. Not much purring going on here - only loud snoring or cranky grumbles or just quiet breathing.

Brutus usually only snores when he is extremely tired or laying on his back. He has such a cute snore sounds!
