She said he looks healthy. :2thumbs: However, she said she couldn't feel his testes... She said she will try again when he comes back for his 9 week shots. Is that normal, (he will be 8 weeks Tuesday)? She said if they don't descend he will need to be neutered because otherwise he would have an increased risk of testicular cancer. Should we be concerned?

Sometimes they can take a few months to drop, maybe up to 10 months, but it's a good idea to have him neutered any way to prevent problems when he gets older.

I am glad he came out to be a healthy boy. I wouldn't worry too much just yet about that. If they haven't dropped by 6 months, then go ahead and have him neutered.

Good news! And please don't stress over the :detective2: missing "parts"! I think it's very common..in fact Jake had a missing one until right before he was neutered at 11 months! So happy he is doing so well! :yes:
