First off I guess I need to find a lift so I can help him down the stairs until Dave gets the ramp built. I will have to assess him when I get to see him in the morning and see what we need for now. I think and orthopedic bed and a lift will be a good start. Until we get the second opinion back and the results from the spinal fluid, we won't know. Plus we just have to give him time to see what his body is going to do. As long as he isn't in pain, we will manage. The vet also said that if he gets to the point that he can't urinate on his own, they will teach me how to express it. Hopefully, it won't come to that either.

I guess I am just preparing myself for the worst! I am one of those people who don't like situations where there is no control so I have to plan for everything and feel like I am being pro-active or I will have a breakdown.
