Damn border threw away my fromm surf and turf because it wasn't in the orig bag.No pet stores her sell fromm surf and turf so we looked at ingrediants and bought taste of the wild salmon and wild bird which looks to be fromm surf and turf when mixed together. What are your thoughts on a full switch not able to slowly adjust it in and then back to surf and turf in a week? This was NOT supposed to happen!! Aarrgggg

Go with it, what else you got? Bland diet if it doesn't work, get yourself a can of pumpkin (plain) tablespoon at each feeding

The pumpkin should help, bummer on them throwing your food away.

I'd try to do a bland diet first. Or just pick a protein and add vegetables if you can't find rice.

Yep I would do that too, a protein with veggies for a couple of days.

I am feeding Tidus a medley of boiled hamburger, fresh veggies, 1 cup of water, 1 can beans, 1/4 cup dry pasta or rice, sprinkle with garlic powder. I feed him this most of the time and it has really helped his 'ring around the eye' from being orange/brown/yeasty. I make a huge pan of it and then give some to everyone, but he gets it most meals.

BUT.... sometimes I have no time, and give him kibble instead. Never effects his poo at all.

I got some on the stove right now, think I will take a picture!

I have kept one of the empty food bags for when we do decide to go overnight into the US, as I wouldn't want to take a full bag with us. If you go onto the Fromm website they do list stockists, so you may find one close by to where you are staying.

So far so good with the mixed taste of the wild. To be honest his poo looks better and more firm than the Fromm. I guess if this works out maybe I found an even better combination for him.

Time will tell its only the 2nd day.

Thanks again as always everyone.
