Watermelon??? Do you?

I bought a half a Watermelon today, I have never gave Vegas Watermelon, I figured it would not hurt him. I gave him 4 chunks seeds removed. He loved it (then again he would eat if I put it in his bowl) Does anyone else give Watermelon?, so far it has not bothered him at all and it has been a couple hours, no gas. Thanks!!

I have given both Mack and Ruggles bites of watermelon with no ill effects. Our first Bulldog, Sherman, got into the garbage up at our cabin and ate a bunch of watermelon rind and puked it up all the way home in the car!

so weird i bought one today as well, ive cut up a bunch and put it in the freezer to give him later. Its pretty much all water so i cant see the harm.

Vegas eats sand too............so said the little birdie. I'll never forget that. what a hoot.

I give my watermelon and strawberries, we had them today, our berry's are in prime season. ummm so sweet and juicy.
I never had any ill affects from either

We have fed watermelon to the koi, and HRH they love it. HRH loves cantaloupe (musk melon) too.

My EB had some a few weeks ago and she had no problem, she also likes honeydew and cantaloupe. Remember all in moderation.

Gio will not eat it! But then again he will not eat any fruits of veggies!! But my frenchie Diva LOVES watermelon!! She love any fruit!!

Watermelon is puppy crack at my house. When they know there is some cut up in the fridge, they will stake it out until someone comes along to open the door and then Oliver will get his front feet on the bottom tray and try to steal it!!
