Veggies and Fruits.......Healthy Treats

Kale is a dark leafy green, like collard greens..... Lots of iron, vitamin k and calcium.

Rook eats ANYTHING. But he goes crazy for lettuce.
It's impossible to make a salad without a bully stomping and snorting at my feet reminding me to make him one too.

Once I forgot, and had already poured dressing all over my salad without saving any for him. He gave me the saddest look ever, so I had to wash the dressing off a few pieces just for him.
Ummmm.... yes, he has me trained well!
