    I found this about herbs for your dogs....Parsley included. It doesn't mention tear stains but it does mention cleansing the kidneys. Maybe once the kidney's are cleansed then staining stops.

    Parsley is a known expectorant, breaking up congestions in all areas of the eyes, nose, and mouth allowing normal function after different ailments. This may help the mouth of certain breeds to become dryer and reducing their drool, as well as reducing motion sickness during travel.

    No I haven't but I'm seriously thinking about throwing in some parsley. i'll have to read a bit more
