How to make them stop going to the Bathroom in the crate

So Daisy is new to our household. I crate trained our Boston Terrier who is now 6 years old. I let her go potty every time before she is put into her crate. But she always poops in the crate right after she goes in. Is this her nerves and how can I help her to stop? Thanks :D

Maybe take her for a walk before crating her. And allow enough time after eating. Walking always helps My Jake get going!!

Thanks I will try that. I am only feeding her a small amount in the morning and at night. We have only had her two days. But she is very laid back and sweet.

I took her for a walk and didn't feed her after 5pm. Still she is not leaving the crate clean. I know it takes time. Thank you!

[MENTION=4230]Daisy Mae[/MENTION] - I know your pain! My puppy, 16 weeks old, poops in his crate. It was so much easier with my female because I got her at 8 weeks and was able to train her right away... we got the male at 14 weeks and he already has the bad habit. He even has accidents in the house still (although not as frequent). Sorry I don't have any solutions but at least can understand. I do think it is better now that I put his crate right next to the females crate.
