Couches vs Hair

So Ive been wondering "What is the most Bullied/dog hair friendly couches?

I got dooped into microfiber ones that SUCK!!!!

LOL, I had the same problem, 2.5 years ago we bought a brand new couch and loveseat micro-fiber, it was a constant mess, I even have the bissel vacumm that has the pet hair attachment. I scrubbed the slobber marks so often that the microfiber was becoming very stiff. Joe and I were out "window" shopping and we found a beautiful leather couch and loveseat on sale for a great price. I sold my less than 2 year old microfiber and went with leather, I LOVE IT!!! I put a post up and many of us on here have leather and we all love it. As far as slobber I just use a baby wipe and hair I just brush off with my hand or dry towel. Leather is definitly the way to go in this house!!

Yeah, leather is the only way to go... or vinyl... or pleather... or any one of those smooth shiny stuff you can wipe down with a wet rag.

Three years ago we gave away our leather couch. Two and a half years ago we got a microfiber one. Two years ago HRH came here to rule.... DOH!!!

Yup, we got a brand-new microfiber couch right before getting Frank. Ugh. We can't wait until we can fit a leather one into our budget!!

I found a pleather one thats huge for about 500 that I really want. Id rather have leather but 5k for the one i really really want... Yeah thats so NOT gonna happen.

I'm going shopping for new furniture in a couple of weeks. Now I know what to buy

We mostly cover the loveseat with a flannel sheet. Not the most attractive thing, but it is easy to take off and throw in the wash every week. HRH rarely spends time in the living room, so we only have to cover the loveseat in here.

Oh I keep the couches covered with king size blankets I got on sale but Im having a hard time getring over how ugly the couches. They still get uncovered by the dogs rough housing.

I think a new couch set is needed....

But another question is what is BeBe has an accident on it.. Do you think those babypads would work that they put in cribs?
