    Default Puppies in the car

Hi Everyone! How do follks here with puppies drive around with them when there is no one else in the car to hold them? I used to be able to fit Opie into a basket and then strap that in with a seatbelt but he has become too large! Im also not sure about buying a special harness yet because they are expensive and he will outgrow it in probably a month or so. Thanks!

I got Nigel a harness because he would start to want to roam around from the front to the back. With the harness he would sit very well and I felt he was much safer. Good luck!

    Cheerio mates!

    How big is he...?
Bigger than a bread box ? Smaller than a full size microwave?

Try a regular walking harness... and try to slip the car's seatbelt thru it someway....

Also, DUCT TAPE has 101 uses.
Use # 57 is strapping you pet to the back seat .......

I have an adjustable one. It fits dogs from 20#'s to 110#'s.
Ask the experimenters why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally okay to experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal experimentation rests on a logical contradiction. ~Charles R. @BullyOpie

If you want to ask bulldog family a question, you need to place the "@" symbol infront of the name without a space.

But seriously, I have a harness that has an attachment to it and you hook to the seatbelt. The brand name is Mutt Gear.@BullyOpie
