Haha he rarely stays loose leash like that but I can dream right?!?!
I hear what you guys are saying about others encouraging the jumping...they're all like OMG HE'S JUST A PUPPY HOW CUTE I LOVE IT WHEN HE JUMPS...I'm like nooooooooo :(

It is the people you have to train --- tell them not to acknowledge, look or touch the dog till you have him at a level you want him. petting / acknowledging tells the pup his behavior is acceptable. If I can teach my 2 and 4 yr old niece and nephew, you should be ble to handle the neighbors.

Great tips everyone! They're already helping. I've been making my friends and coworkers come over and practice this with him.
