INTAKE 8/25/18: We were contacted by a local shelter about a senior female. Her name is Bell and her family dropped her off to euthanized due to her skin and ear issues. The Shelter took ownership and FEBR was able to get her into a foster home right away. She is 10 years old and we will be working on getting her skin and ear issues under control. So far she is very laid back and we can't wait until she starts feeling better.
