With welcome arms we bring Behr into FEBR. He is still a young lad at 3 years old, but is dealing with some skin issues. With the proper treatment we should be able to get this problem cleared up quickly and then Behr will be set to go! He's a brown and white bully that is in search for his forever home.
Update: I've been ADOPTED!
