Welcome Matisse.. new intake from Broward Humane Society via owner surrender. This super sweet boy is 7 years old and suffers from hip dysplasia and being treated for an eye ulcer and dry eye. He is very well mannered and good with some other dogs. Pending eye specialist recheck.
