I want to like wine.... I don't know how to learn to enjoy a drink of any sort :( .......... but!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if I was to go on a search, is white or red just as healthy??

I want to like wine.... I don't know how to learn to enjoy a drink of any sort :( .......... but!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if I was to go on a search, is white or red just as healthy??

Stick to red. I use to collect wine. Long story short....... rule of thumb for the ones that does not know what to buy or what's good etc. Always buy a 5yr old or older. Buy from the countries that has stable climate like my favorite wine countries: Italy, Argentina, Chile, Portugal are just a few. Now everyone is different. I personally do not drink sweet wines. Example German wine for me is sweet and will give me headaches. Canada has the best ice wines on the planet but way to sweet for me. You can drink it with desserts. So keep this rule of thumb if you want to enjoy a great glass of wine.

Sounds good!! I will take a note so at least I may have a shot at being able to find something for occasional sipping :-)
