Mostly why I got another one. The other one was a chocolate fawn with green eye. But he was much smaller and didn't play as much. Nyala needs one thats more chunky and moves a lot.

Also, what do you mean by free fed? That he can eat as much as he wants whenever he wants?
My Bella would never leave her dish! She eats so fast and all of her food in a flash. I even put a tennis ball in her dish to try and make her work and slow down a bit. It helps but she still eats pretty darn fast.

Same breeder. Told her keep me in mind but I wasnt in any hurry. More like fall season. I was looking more for a Frenchie which she had 2 litters. Then we saw this chunky monkey full of energy running everywhere outside like not scare at all of other dogs 20x his size. She just ram into them. So I figured that's what Nyala needs since she's so active.

So was this planned and you kept it a secret or was it spur of the moment? I like seeing Nyala getting along with him so quickly. I don't think it will be like that for Jax when Louie comes home. But maybe I'll be surprised.

Yes eats when his hungry. Nyala was like that too when I got her. They dont pig out. Breeder's older dogs are also free fed. Just with Nyala eating HK she is use to eating all and would eat more if I give in. So Duke will be eating 3x a day for now. Last night I took the food n water out, 3am little bugger whined cause he was hungry. Took him out for a pee n back in the kennel.
