Jewel Was Guarding Her Post When...

Jewel was guarding her post when she noticed something in the yard. And suddenly she heard some laves cracking. She looked ahead to where the noise was and there was something moving slowly along the gate towards the sound of a bird chirping. She went to investigate and what did she find...........

Ahhhh well hey there Mr. Turtle!!!! What did Jewel do next?

Jewel started to paw at the turtle and was probably going to give him/her (let us always be equal) a heart attack. So I picked up Mr./Ms. Turtle and put it in the back...backyard for its safety.

Boxer...nice turtle. Your reply "snapper" reminds me of [MENTION=8741]Manydogs[/MENTION] for some reason...Must be the show Turtleman I'm thinking of with "live action!" Still reminds me of Lynn though. I know she has ponds and might even have a few of the snapper variety.

We use to have a snapper turtle in Texas when I was a kid. That thing could break up small branches for kindling wood in no time.
