For every 1 ounce of yogurt produced there 3 to 4 ounces of the acid whey produced. If it hits streams, rivers or other water supplies it consumes all of the oxygen kill all life. Almost 70% of the waster is sold to farmers and winds up as livestock food which is just as bad if you ask me.
