Ftse going to see the boys

we were going to my daughters today and Ftse was excited as we were going to see the boys Ajax a Rottweiler and Detroit a Staffy.

Awww! Look at him in his little mesh harness! Ready to go play with the "big kids"!

Me and the Dynamic Duo are going on a road trip this weekend, as well. About two hours drive to Lakewood, WA to stay a couple days with family. My niece is so looking forward to playing with the dogs (she's never met them in person but has been bored to death with videos and pictures) and they even went out and found a big plastic pool last night for swimming. Bea will be ecstatic. Bo just likes kids and he'll be happy to play with one.

A trip to Mother Newman's usually does not include dogs. She adores that I'm an "animal person" but she's not had pets since her two boys were young. (my daughter's father, to be exact, was one of those boys) Either she's getting senile or she really will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get me down there to stay. LOL Once you get in the door, it's hard to get OUT -- she wishes that I'd stay for weeks at a time. I'm sure her attitude with change when these two ruffians, hit the doorstep. I'm bringing an extra baby gate to keep them confined to one portion of her big house. It's full of antiques and things and Bo is a bull in a china shop.
