Thanks! Nikon D700 with 24G lens. Last one was with my new D800 :), same lens.

Nice. I shoot with a Canon 7D. Hoping to finally justify their 50mm 1.4 that I haven't used nearly as much as I'd like to once our new bully comes home in another month.

Nice. I shoot with a Canon 7D. Hoping to finally justify their 50mm 1.4 that I haven't used nearly as much as I'd like to once our new bully comes home in another month.

7D & 50/1.4 will get you some great portraits of your bully. I played with Canon's 85/1.8 a few weeks ago and was really impressed with it. For $275 used, it was a heck of a bargain. I love wide shallow shots of bullies so I use my 24 A LOT. Problem is a fast wide can really hurt the wallet.
