Poppy & Bunk meet the cat

[Poppy]

Last week we adopted a lovely little furball and named her Tilda. She lost one of her ears and the tip of her tail somehow, so I reckon this gives us some street cred *haha*. To be honest I am NOT a cat person, more like a general animal lover. But the ol' girl won me over and she now has a warm (heated) bed and full belly.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't curious to how the dogs would react..... Well I followed some Google advice and it's going wonderfully!! She "owns" them so to speak, and I'm so surprised at how quickly it happened.

Ohhh..we have much in common! Our Jake is best buddies with Harry a rescued kitten! There is a video here of them playing..ohhh and that cat scratcher your cat is lounging in??? Jake has eaten two of them! Just so you know..when a Bully's mouth chews on them..they become corrugated mush! But they are awesome! I'll try and find my thread so you can see what they look like after Jake! Heeeelarious!

Gasp!!!! Thanks for the heads up!! She currently sleeps in the laundry/bedroom but I've been leaving the door open for them to socialize. I've already caught Poppy eating cat toys TWICE! And Bunk ate her cat food and finished it off with some corn based cat litter.... So now he's all red and itchy!! Maybe it was an exaggeration to say it's going wonderfully, haha!
