Ok,,, so about 3 months ago i was in Costco and saw MCT oil in the cooking section. Is this the one thats so good? I almost got some but honestly, i dont even know anything about it so bypassed it for the time being until i knew what the heck i wanted it for.. sooooooooo Tell me ALL you got :) on this...

Noooo, keto simply means no carbs...Everyone is on keto so a lot of companies will use the word keto for sales. Marketing strategy.

Definitely use it. Great product. And great price. Keep it in the dark, once open I store it in the fridge. Basically itā€™s a supplement n boost your energy. Start by using less than what it says on the bottle. Build it up slowly as you can get loose stools...

Btw, they put it in the cooking oil section as sells faster than vitamin area. Like coconut oil. In the cooking section. Ours here use to be in the vitamin area n now in the cooking oil area.

Thank you and i havent been back to Costco yet but do you also use it for cooking? I just remember seeing it but not what it looks like or if there were a number of different brands???

I wouldnā€™t use it to cook as itā€™s expensive and you can use the solid one to cook. Unless you want a bit in your salads.
