Welcome.... dry food is only an option if you buy small bags and keep in freeze to lessen the growth of mites.
You'll need to feed raw to fully avoid the mites.

We have just found out through allergy test that our Bruno is allergic to storage mites. We are looking for a food that is good for him any suggestions?

You could buy a cereal free grain free dry dog food, eg. Acana Duck and Pear, in a small size and store in small bags in the freezer like mentioned above, or in an airtight container that is washed between fillings. It would be best to switch to canned grain free, or raw dog food. You could also get sublingual or injectable immunotherapy at your vet to desensitize your dog but that would be quite costly.
Thank u for your information
