I have a bulldog and his name is Roscoe, he is 3 yrs old and a joy to be around. I would like to know what the owners of English Bulldog's (EBD's) on this forum are feeding their dogs? I am currently feeding mine Purina Pro plan. One other question......I am have the toughest time keeping Roscoe's folds clean in his face, I have tried everything suggested.........anyone have any suggestions that are proven and work? Thanks.

Hi Roscoe and welcome to EBN. I have moved your post to the feeding section, so you can get the most replys.

Food is a major factor in keeping facial folds clean and Purina is actually not very good food. You can find dog food ratings in this thread....

Sometimes even the best quality food is not that right food for your bully, every bully is different. But it should be grain free and limited ingredient is a good choice if your bully has allergies.

Raw food or home cooked is always a great choice if you want to see the trouble.

Welcome to the site and you have some good advice above. We feed ours FROMM 4 star grain free and they do good on it.

Walley-Bubba aka Wooley Bulley aka Walter! aka Landi!!
Walley Bubba still likes grain free Taste of the Wild (Buffalo and Venison or Salmon - variety).
He relishes a little pumpkin which keeps him interested.
He loves sharing my fruit (cantaloup, honeydew melon, pineapple, grapes, water melon) but not in the living room because he drools so much!
And for treats he gets grain free Naural Balance L.I.T (sweet potato & bison formula treats).

Yeah, he's spoilt rotten as are the two Yorkies...and me too since Ann is a Lioness :)

Yes, that's correct / grapes are not good for dogs. Could be toxic & cause kidney failure.
