question about bland diet...

Technically you could but there is not enough vitamins and minerals in the bland diet to stay healthy for long term. However many do "home cook" which is similar but add veggies and beans and other things to make it more complete. Also a supplement is recommended when home cooking , I use Nuvet.

Yup, the bland diet consists of pasta and rice, which are only fillers and doesn't have much nutrients.
