Eating portion and timeframe

If your bulldog does not look fat then you are not overfeeding your dog. My bully is 65 lbs.

You will know if your dog is fat because his belly will hang down from his body. Also, you will feel a flubbery layer in the widest part of his ribs. Also, you will see that he has the "barrel" look when looking at him from above where his waistline is the same width as his body.

Well he doesn't look like a barrel from above and he loves playing in the back yard and walks.

id stay the same, my roxy is 3 weighs 45 pounds and eats one cup in the morning and one at night, my stella bear she is 5 and she gets the same, and she weights 54 pounds, it depends on your vets advice not peoples.
