Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone on here makes their own homemade yogurt? Does anyone have any recipes, or methods of making yogurt, or is it better to use a store bought yogurt making machine? I saw one at the Home Outfitters store, and it's made by Cuisinart. I remember my grandmother used to make homemade yogurt, I know she used a little plain yogurt to start it, but have no idea how she made the rest, or what ingredients she used. I give my two guys plain unsweetened yogurt every morning on their kibble, and we eat it pretty much everyday, plus we use plain yogurt when we make smoothies, which is almost everyday, so we go through quite a bit of it, and would like to try making my own at home, it would be fresher, and natural without any additives, or chemicals. Any ideas or suggestions from homemade yogurt makers out there would be greatly appreciated.
