It's possible. Most around here feed Fromm. It is an all stages food so even a puppy can love it.

Welcome to EBN!!

how much are you feeding him? stools get loose too from overfeeding. blue buffalo is a good food. try adding a tablespoon of pure canned pumpkin once a day

If he is getting too many treats this too can cause loose stool

pumpkin is good to control the liquid b/ms, but get her off of the food she is on, go to a hypro allergenic from your vet, I lived through this with our 1st bulldog and its not fun, her only treats are ice cubes and carrots now

i would try cutting back the amount of food and see if that helps first before switching esp if there are no other issues at the moment. try the canned pumpkin to help firm the stools. there are grain free puppies foods and i believe blue has some if cutting back the food doesnt work. as always im around to help.

We went through the same with with Oliver as a puppy. Our vet told us that Blue Buffalo is a very rich food and some puppies can't tolerate it. We switched at that time to Taste of the Wild.

I had so many loose/ frequent stool posts when Bogey first came to us, that I think some here thought I was crazy and as OCD as my bully!! Lol! But as a mama, I KNEW that 7-8 soft serve poops a day was not right. I started him out right away on grain free- Fromms Puppy, tried Fromms Beef Fritatta, then went to PureVita Bison. all changes were done over a SLOW period- up to 2 weeks for each. The stools finally got hard on the Pure Vita, but he was still having 6-7 poops a day and HUGE! I was only giving him 1/2 cup 3 x day, so I did not want to cut back on the amount. Finally, after working wdeb my local pet store owner who has a bulldog, we realized the common demominator in the foods that caused the large stool amount, was sweet potato, usually a good filler for bullies. We decided to try Earthborne Holistic Meadow Feast that has no sweet potato, but uses tapioca as the filler. He is doing WONDERFUL on this- 2 small FIRM poops a day! He gets a generous 1/2 cup 2 x day and I add homemade toppers- eggs, cottage cheese in morning, boiled hamburger, or lamb with rice at night. He has a beautiful coat, no skin issues, and small, firm , infrequent stools! He is 8 months old, and it took us a while to get here!! Trial and error- each bully is different. good luck!!
