Lilly had this problem too...Soo annoying!

But we got her the slow feed bowl, and would only put a little food in at once and that solved it. Lilly was also able to gulp her food too with a slow feed bowl. She eventually slowed down after a while though which was cool.

We've had to switch to the slow feed bowl and it's slowed Ellie Mae down from about 45 seconds to about 4 minutes. I asked our vet about this issue this morning and she said that if the slow feed bowl didn't work to try a muffin tray and put a little bit of food in each muffin hole or to just spread the food out across the kitchen floor if the space is there.

I just bought Tonka a bigger bowl, it wasn't my intention, but now that his food is spread out over a larger surface area it is definitely slowing him down. A happy coincidence seeing as he is a crazy gulper too!
