Since you read all the food posts you could already you likely have seen that a couple of us have had amazing results with Fromm Beef Frittata. HRH had BAD smelly stools when she was eating Bil Jac. even hours after the deposit it reeked. Now it still isn't wonderful fresh, but considerably less odiferous than with Bil Jac. And after a few hours there is no detectible smell in the air. She also gets good treats and Greek yogurt daily. We do notice a little more smell and softer stools when she eats bananas though. So daddy has cut back on how much banana he shares in the morning.Oh and dried liver treats gave her clear the room gas.

Nigel's dad here again... thanks for the input. Here's what we do know:

- boiled chicken breast and white rice: acceptable gas and no allergic reaction
- same with oatmeal, skin breaks out and weepy eyes/eye buggers, instant red gums
- Blue Buffalo lamb and oatmeal: BAD gas, red gums
Therefore: oatmeal allergy? and lamb stink

Innova Lg Breed Puppy (chicken/barley)
- medium stink red gums

Costco premium natural (salmon/sweet potatoes)
- yeast infection ears

Chicken seems to be OK, fish is unknown, oatmeal doesn't seem to agree, nor does lamb.
Argh!
