Bocephus Watasha LeDoux is named after three of my favorite singers.
Bocephus is the nickname of Hank Williams Jr.
Watasha was the nickname of Waylon Jennings
LeDoux is in honor of the late, great Chris LeDoux.
All three were singers I was raised listening too and still love today. When Bocephus gets particularly ornery, I just call him Outlaw.

I wanted to name my boy "Cory" but my husband and my 2 kids do not like it. Actually went 2 days before I finally gave in to the name "Jake". My eldest son named him Jake because of his favorite cartoon show Finn and Jake on Cartoon Network.

I'm glad I agreed because his name is perfect!

Usko's dad is Toivo=hope and his mom is Lempi=love and Usko means faith. Voitto means victory and we hope he will have a lot of those. Taisto (battle) was another option and we did have a few of those when he was a pup..... All these names are traditional finnish names.

I visited many "bulldog name" sites, and forums.. I wanted something original and "neat".. We finally settled on "Frank the Tank" from the movie Old School with Will Ferrell. He is one of my favorite actors, I think he is HILARIOUS and Frank the Tank seemed to fit for a bully!
