Click at the beginning of the categories, and then drag your mouse to the end. They will highlight when you do it, then you know you got it right. Then carefully right click your mouse on the highlighted area. Click copy. Then create a new pm to jakeisgreat and then click paste in the empty field where you would type your message. Then quickly add your names to the categories. Otherwise you will have to resort to typing the categories too....
