Addy~~Available For adoption in Eastern US
Sweet little Addy is ready to find her forever home and whoever adopt this sweet bullie will find themselves a friend for life.
Addy arrived at S.N.O.R.T. after being surrendered by a backyard breeder. Just five years old, she has so much life left and S.N.O.R.T. was more than happy to help her find her perfect forever home.
Weighing just 48 pounds, Addy is pure sweetness in a petite package! She gets along very well with the two resident male Boston Terriers in her foster home and also happens to even like cats. Addy hasn't yet been around children so it might be best if she goes to an adults-only home.
Because of her background Addy hasn't had much exposure to the finer things in life like toys; in fact, she still isn't quite sure what to make of them! She prefers to simply snuggle with her humans over playtime.
She is both housetrained and crate trained and spends time in her crate when her family is gone. While Addy would simply adore going to a home where someone is home the majority of the day, she has proven she is fine with a midday check-in if her family works during the day.
That being said, she would make the perfect office companion because she is a quiet, well-behaved girl. She is an incredibly easy to dog to take care of but most importantly is incredibly easy to love.
A fenced-in yard is not a requirement in Addy's new home as she is pretty low-key and has a very laid-back personality. She would likely thrive in almost any environment – apartment, house, suburbs, etc. – as long as she gets plenty of love and affection!
She is very fortunate that she did not suffer from a lot of serious health issues when she arrived at her foster home. Addy's only current health issue is that she has chronic dry eye and must remain on eye drops for the remainder of her life but that is a very common problem with bullies.
Given her not-so-pleasant past, all Addy is really looking for is a warm home with a caring and loving family. She is currently being fostered in New York State.
I HAVE BEEN ADOPTED!
