I HAVE BEEN ADOPTED! Oreo ~~ English Bulldog available for adoption in Southern California

Hi there! My name is Oreo, and after taking one look at me, I’m sure you can guess why that’s my name! And just like the cookie, I sure am sweet! I was dumped off at the shelter and the nice people at SCBR took me in and got me all fixed up and now I’m looking for a home to call my own.

I am a 5 yr old English Bulldog. I'm a big boy at 85 pounds (I could stand to lose some weight). I am very affectionate and loves to be close to my human and sit in their lap or snuggle on the couch. I am playful when you want me to be, but I'm also content taking naps all day. I am house trained, walk well on the leash and know some basic commands. I am low energy and would do well in a laid back household. I would do best being the only dog, however I may be ok with a submissive dog as I will sometimes resource guard food and bones/toys. I am a healthy dog, but do require daily eye drops. I am also on medicine for mild arthritis in my hind legs.

I’m a sweet, playful and loving boy – who could ask for anything more?
