Hi there! I'm Phoebe and I am looking for my second chance at happiness!

I had a rough life before I made my way into rescue... I'm cute as a button, but you do need to treat me as the special gal that I am. Let me explain! I had to have something called palate surgery to help me breathe; can you believe I spent the beginning of my life barely being able to breathe normal? Well, I had the surgery I needed and I breathe much better now, but you still can't go taking me on long walks or getting me all worked up. I'm all about snuggling and cuddling (and sleeping??)... so I hope that works for you too. I'm a loving gal that doesn't mind other dogs in public, but would like to be the only pet in the home.

General information:

Bulldogs in Southern California will only be adopted in Southern California and no out of state adoptions. Out of state applications are encouraged to contact their local rescue program and speak with them about local dogs.

** PLEASE HAVE AN APPLICATION ON FILE PRIOR TO INQUIRING ABOUT ANY OF THE BULLDOGS - NO EXCEPTIONS. **

Applications can be found at www.socalbulldogrescue.org or email us directly for assistance with the applications.

Adoption fees between $400.00 to $1000.00 do apply with adoptions, pets will have all shots completed and be spayed or neutered.

Please allow a 7 to 10 days for a reply to emails concerning dogs.
