Another bartering post - Bulldog for a laptop?

I always check craiglist when I get bored and this guy always posts stuff like this. I always say something and he obviously doesn't care. I feel bad for his dogs. He must have 5-6 bulldogs and is constantly posting pups. People really get under my skin.

Poor thing, she looks terrible... WTH is it legal to sell dogs on Craigslist anyway?!! I thought they were putting a stop to that crap...

He posted pics of multiple dogs in the past. And pics of puppy's. poor thing looks sick her eyes look terrible.

OMG! who is up for a road trip?? This guy needs special attention. between this and the dog dying from heat stroke in the car I am beside myself.

I contacted him because she looks in bad shape- he said something is wrong with her left eye- you can see in the pic if you zoom in its all crusted over. My girlfriend would kill me- we can't do another bully. I contacted the CEBR to see if they could do anything. Offered a donation if they could help- we will see.

Oh gosh so this guy says that yea something is wrong with the dogs eye- he is not sure what and she has been to the vet in over a year when she had her last litter- and now he is offering me puppy's - that he says he isn't sure what age they are. Who can I turn him in to?
