I found these Beautiful Poems and wanted to share them, for all the beautiful Bully Angels we have lost.

The tree is all trimmed.
The gifts are all wrapped.
The hymns are all sung,
And the travel plans mapped.

And still there's a sadness
That lies in your heart,
For a dog that was lost
And a love now apart.

A stocking is missing,
With toys and a treat.
A lap is now empty,
A space at your feet.

Yet remember this season
God's small gift to you,
Wonderful memories
To treasure life through

Your Pets In Heaven

To have loved and then said farewell, is better than to have never loved at all.
For all of the times that you have stooped and touched my head, fed me my favorite treat and returned the love that I so unconditionally gave to you.
For the care that you gave to me so unselfishly.
For all of these things I am grateful and thankful.

I ask that you not grieve for the loss, but rejoice in the fact that we lived, loved and touched each others lives. My life was fuller because you were there, not as a master/owner, but as my FRIEND.

Today I am as I was in my youth. The grass is always green, butterflies flit among the flowers and the Sun shines gently down upon all of God's creatures.
I can run, jump, play and do all of the things that I did in my youth. There is no sickness, no aching joints and no regrets and no aging.

We await the arrival of our lifelong companions and know that togetherness is forever.
You live in our hearts as we do in yours. Companions such as you are so rare and unique.
Don't hold the love that you have within yourself. Give it to another like me and then I will live forever. For love never really dies, and you are loved and missed as surely as we are.

Your pets in Heaven.

Remember Our Love

I was chosen today
I'm learning to fly
the world took me away,
but please don't you cry

And I chose you today
to try and be strong
so please don't you cry
and don't say that I'm gone

When you're feeling alone
just remember our love,
I'm up near the stars
looking down from above.

Remember our love
In a moment you'll see
that I'm still here beside you
when you're thinking of me.

Dear Monica...I so love your enormous, caring & kind heart and the amazing
work you always do to help someone fully understand a question's answer.
You have tons of patience~I have none so I envy you that gift :)

These poems are lovely and sweet and healing, so comforting for all of us
today as we walk about, wounded, bewildered & rattled...our hearts torn
apart by our many friends recent losses and our own pain as we struggle to
comfort them, struggle for answers, struggle for meaning and struggle to
have faith in our beliefs.

It is hard days made more difficult in the contrast of merry holiday festivities,
cheerful family gatherings, exciting travel destinations & anticipation of fun,
fun, fun...and yet...utter desolation inside of you.

We will tho, rise above it and find ourselves again because we join together
and fight back against all that brings us to our knees in defeat, our weapon
of mass destruction?

Aww Thanks Hun. You're pretty special too, I think everyone on EBN is, and we all care and pray, and grieve and share our hearts with each other on here, which makes this site such an awesome and special place. Nobody understands or shares our feelings about our Bullies more than we do, and because of that, we all feel each others pain and happiness, and can share these with each other. Other people may call us crazy dog people, but if I'm crazy, then lock me up in a rubber room with my bully babies.
