Stubborn skin area

I'm diligently working on improving Hulkie's skin. We've gone through a course of antibiotics and steroids for yeasty skin. Everything has improved except for the one problem area circled in the pic. His diet consists of Fromm Lamb and lentil, ACV in water once a day, treats consist of green beans and we just started giving blueberries(on occasion). Suggestions are welcomed. :D

My goodness what cutie pie!!! There is always one spot that just won't clear up! it could be from environmental allergies, as well so have you given Benedryl a try? And, do you wipe his face with witch hazel or some other cleaner

Thanks. He is a cutie, but then again, I'm biased. I haven't tried witch hazel but I do use MalAKet wipes
