Peroxide

witch hazel
also food can be a cause

She is a beauty..... My girl had horrible stains, till I found out she was allergic to chicken and removed it for her diet.... Also, environmental allergies can cause tearing and results in the staining

Ive just noticed it has a bit of a smell is this due too the rice in her food? Lamb and rice.. she is allergic too fish doesnt agree with her I found that out after my firat trial with salmom n brown rice food. The more I think about it tje problems started since ive been using rice food I think. Im going too tru filtering her warter see if its that first. But I read I think rice mainly can cause yeast infection?

grains tend to cause some of these issues too rice, potato, corn, etc --- does the brand you feed offer a grain free line?

What do you feed your dog.
Try james Wellbeloved or wainrights, you can get both from pets at home. You can mix Benadryl in with it, that should cure it

you can use clx wipes to clean the face / folds to stop yeast infections

Someone told me put some talk in just a bit too help it dry and stop irritation while I find the right balance with food. I have my other dog on James Wellbeloved so I think I will be trying that. Shame this is the only food she seems to have not farted on lol

It may be food related or it may be environmental. Ace as a pup had tear stains too, I too tried everything. I hit the right food or else he grew out of it, or both. In the meantime keep the wrinkles clean. I wipe everyday, usually with just a damp rag or paper towel and dry with a paper towel or toilet tissue or kleenex tissue, you get the point. Sometimes if it gets raw looking I will use peroxide on a tissue and dry as well. And also at times I have used witch hazel to clean. I have also applied after cleaning either Desitin or Bag Balm if it gets really red and angry looking. Main thing is getting the diet best you can and keeping the wrinkles clean. Ace doesn't have them now, but I stay on top of it as well and he seems to tolerate most food though I feed Whole Earth Farms which he seems to like and tolerate well. Also remember to give it time to clear up, even if your doing the right things and right food it will take a little time for the red stained hair to dissipate and new hair to take its place. You will find a fix for this and it will look great before long
