my buddha has a rash

hey guys, so i always try to keep buddhas folds/wrinkles really clean and they have never been a problem. even with tear stains he has never had it ! but today while i was doing the regular face clean up i looked at his tail fold and omg ! he has a rash i feel horrible ! i cleaned it with the duoxo wipes that my vet prescribe to keep the folds cleaned. but he has a bit of irritation i feel bad i dont know how long it has been there i have never seen it till right now and my question is it there anything that i can put on it that will help it heal or do i just let it be and let it heal on its own just make sure its clean ! please help i feel like such a bad mommy right now even while cleaning it he looked so relieved that it was getting cleaned ! my poor baby !

After cleaning make sure it drys up.... what do you use to clean the tail area?

You can put some desetin (baby rash) on it to help heal it

You can also put some Neosporin on it.

I agree with David - try some polysporin.
