It's an outdoor event so I'm not sure how kennel cough works with stuff like this. Maybe [MENTION=2071]Davidh[/MENTION] can help us out figuring that out.

He might be OK, but I would get the Bordetella vaccine just to be on the safe side. If it's a pup, I'd get the shot version of it.

I would get the shot..... if you socialize your pup at all, you should consider getting it

Someone I know on the Bullies w/ special needs page on FB shared it from someone else's page. I sent her a message to try and find out more details, meaning is it a rescue running it or what?
