  • Welcome Bailey and LadyBelle to Hospice Sponsorship!

Bailey and Ladybelle would like to introduce themselves to the wonderful members of EBN!

Hi! I'm Bailey, an 11 year old owner surrender with Buckeye Bulldog Rescue. I am seeking sponsors for my food and eye medication which run about $90 per month. I have a condition called dry eye, and needs ointment put in daily. I am up for adoption, but I will likely spend my days with my foster family, as I am not too keen on other animals and it may be difficult to find a perfect home for me.

For an old lady, I still like to play. I absolutely love children too! I do also have some skin allergies, which are being controlled with a special diet. I am spayed, and recently had surgery to remove some breast tumors from my right side. I was a trooper during surgery & went though it VERY well!

Hi! My name is LadyBelle, at 10 years young my family decided they no longer wanted me. I was with them my entire life so I don't understand why I've been moved. It's ok though, because now I get live inside the house!

My foster mom took me to vet and I was found to have mammary cancer along with dry eye, severe arthritis and an ear infection. I also have lots of callus on my hind legs from sleeping on the cement. I do have some peepee accidents but my foster mom doesn't get mad, she cleans it up and gives me a scratch.

I had a very hard time walking when I came to SCBR but my foster mom puts lots of extra goodies in my food and now I'm walking better and can get out of my bed easier. I can't see very well but my nose works really well which helps guide me around.

I still have a lot of spunk in me for 10 and all my health conditions, if you stop by to say hi I will give you an high five then drop for a belly rub. Belly rubs are my favorite!

As you can see I need lots of TLC to keep me comfy for the last part of my life. If you would like to sponsor me please choose to donate to me! Thanks!

English Bulldog News Hospice Sponsorship is a monthly reoccurring subscription. Many of the English Bulldog Rescues out there save bulldogs who are seniors. Many of these senior bullies come with medical conditions that make it difficult to find a family who can adopt them. They live their Golden Years in foster care where they have experienced foster families care for them, and keep them comfortable and happy until they cross to the rainbow bridge.

For as little as $5 a month, our sponsorship goal for each bully is to cover the cost of their food and medications on a monthly basis. Sadly, these bullies usually do not get adopted and our goal is also to help ease the financial burden off the rescues, who so selflessly give them a loving home to live out their days.

As a Hospice Sponsor, you will get a badge in your posts, the ability to post in the Hospice Sponsorship forum, as well as an award for each month of sponsorship.
